Superintendent
- Orange, NJ - 49 unit building.
- Full-time position, live on site. Two-bedroom apartment.
- Superintendent experience a
must.
- Plumbing and electrical skills a plus.
- Superintendent team preferred. "Team" means that only the Super is paid, but another person (i.e. spouse, other family member) stays in the apartment to accept service requests or accompany vendors that come to the building while the Super is working in other apartments.
- Must have own tools and car, with valid driver's license and insurance (please do not apply if license is currently revoked).
- Must be able to speak good English. Spanish is a plus.
- Must have a clean criminal record.
- Salary negotiable and commensurate with skill and experience.
